Project Overview
I Info Vision developed a comprehensive, custom billing software for Kumar Nature Cure Hospital & Dental in Karur, Tamil Nadu. The hospital required a robust billing system tailored to their unique requirements as a naturopathy and dental care center – handling diverse treatment packages, therapy sessions, dental procedures, and medication-free consultation billing.
The software was designed from the ground up to streamline the hospital's entire billing workflow – from patient registration and appointment booking to treatment invoicing and payment reconciliation. The system supports GST-compliant billing with automatic tax calculations, multiple payment modes (cash, card, UPI, online), and generates detailed financial reports for accounting and compliance.
Key challenges addressed included creating a flexible billing structure for nature cure packages (which differ from conventional hospital billing), integrating dental treatment costing, managing patient follow-up schedules, and generating treatment-wise revenue analytics. The software runs on a local network at the hospital's reception with role-based access for receptionists, doctors, and administrators.
