• Client-specific deliverables (e.g., custom apps) are licensed or transferred to the client upon full payment, subject to individual contracts.
• The "I Info Vision" and "Yasmeen Group of Company" trademarks, logos, and branding elements may not be used without written authorization.

3. User Responsibilities & Conduct

When interacting with our platforms, products, or educational portals, you agree not to:

• Reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract source code from our software or trading bots.
• Use our services for unlawful, fraudulent, or malicious activities.
• Share access credentials to our educational workshops or trading platforms with unauthorized third parties.

4. Financial & Trading Tech Disclaimer

For users utilizing our Algo Trading Bots and Stock/Forex Training:

• No Financial Advice: Our trading algorithms and educational content are for informational and technical execution purposes only. We do not provide financial, investment, or legal advice.
• Risk Acknowledgment: Trading involves significant risk of loss. Past performance of our algorithms does not guarantee future results. I Info Vision shall not be held liable for any financial losses incurred while using our software.

5. Confidentiality & Data Privacy

We respect the confidentiality of our clients' business strategies. All shared data during the development of CRM, ERP, and bespoke software is handled under strict Non-Disclosure Agreements (NDAs). For general data handling, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, I Info Vision (including its directors, employees, and affiliates) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities arising from your use of our services.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Salem, Tamil Nadu.
